GTM Transformation

Both as an executive advisor and marketing leader, I use a repeatable framework to guide teams through critical moments of transition.

My framework helps teams achieve predictable, profitable growth by doing three things: (1) addressing gaps in revenue data and reporting; (2) rooting out structural disconnects in and between Marketing, Sales, Support, and RevOps; and (3) facilitating adoption of AI-powered marketing programs.

I focus on 90-day sprints to deliver quick, iterative improvements…

    Cofounder

    Sep 2014 - Aug 2017

Brand Amper LLC was founded to improve the way professionals communicate in the digital environment. Our SaaS tool arms employees to take advantage of social business opportunities—regardless of which platforms they use or how often they engage. Our technology works by taking professional through a structured process that reconciles their professional and personal experiences into a single, Profersonal™ (professional + personal) brand that is complete and compelling. By simplifying their message and showing them the power of associating with their employer’s brands, we help professionals create the right impression for their peers and prospects who are researching them 24/7. Based in Chicago, we are one of the first companies to take an employee-centric approach to employer branding. We strive to push the boundaries of what is considered typical which makes Brand Amper a place where you never have the same day twice.

    • Ideated, created, sold, and successfully managed post-sale integration of a brand communication tool that captures employee stories at scale.
    • Brand Amper (now The Muse's BrandBuilder) was the first tool of its kind to make it easy to capture, organize, and analyze employee-generated content at scale, streamlining employer branding and creating a positive, responsible "voice of employee" alternative to LinkedIn or Glassdoor.
    • Brand Amper drove down the time needed to generate recruitment marketing content by 90%, while reducing the cost of content capture by 33% 50% (as compared to a traditional recruitment marketing agency).
    • The technology was named one of 6 "Awesome New Start Ups" at the 2014 HR Technology Conference, and was acquired by The Muse in 2017. In 2018, it was called out by Fast Company in their description of The Muse on their 2018 list of the 50 Most Innovative Companies.
