I wrote the inaugural Beneficial Shareholder Letter for a company that had recently transitioned to employee ownership. I synthesized information and viewpoints into a coherent narrative, collaborating with executives throughout the process. My work resulted in renewed energy and alignment throughout the organization, and shared goals among senior leaders.

I worked with the CEO of a company to diligence the feasibility of a platform rollup effort. Our efforts resulted in a clear recommendation against rolling up companies providing similar services due to market dynamics and lack of target companies fitting criteria.

I worked directly with the CEO of a biotech startup to map out the key elements of his company's go-to-market strategy. My insights included takeaways from interviews with potential customers and industry competition, and secondary research. It was representative of my due diligence work with Bain, but focused on GTM versus investment decisions.
