For the last ten years, I led the design team at a digital agency. I've worked on end-to-end delivery for over a hundred digital projects from idea to conception. I've had the pleasure of designing interfaces for household names and industry disruptors alike.


For the latter half of the previous decade, I was split 50/50 between being a manager and a hands-on designer, so I know what it takes to take a project from idea to implementation and build a high-performing team.

  • Redesigned a Shopping Center's iOS and Android App

    • Lead Designer

    During the height and aftermath of Covid, I enhanced this major shopping mall owner's directory mobile app by making wayfinding more efficient and covid friendly. Through listening to user complaints, the team uncovered an opportunity to help users navigate the mall while keeping a distance from crowds. I worked with the client for over 2 years of releases, including the launch of the experience around buying, adding, managing and paying with gift cards through the app.

  • Fully Redesigned a Global Automaker's Website

    To accompany a large rebrand to this automotive company's branding, I lead the redesign of their Canadian website to reflect the new brand while also improving the experience to make it easy for prospective car buyers to window shop, build, and preorder the vehicle of their dreams.

  • Designed the first online D2C insurance provider in Canada

    From the ground up, I led the design for the first tool in Canada that allows users to buy home and auto insurance without speaking to an agent. No other Canadian insurance company had done this before because Canadian personal insurance can be complex, with different standards and rules across provinces.


    Typical quoter tools are simple but can only give you just that - a quote. I worked on a tool that aimed to be just as simple as the typical quoter but passed every regulation while being easy for everyone to understand insurance through clear language around coverage and pricing.
