Helping digital product teams at World Resources Institute with product and design on a fractional basis and helping start up an internal innovation lab in the organisation.
To date, I've helped 3 teams design the first versions of products, conduct user research, and overhaul product development processes, respectively.
Electricity Maps
Led the development of the Electricity Maps data product from initial concept and traction to a sophisticated offering.
Led product strategy, maintained roadmap, managed all customer relationships & research partners, and jumped in on ad-hoc design and development tasks as needed.
Grew the business and team 4x in 2 years. I'm now a proud fan as they continue to steadily grow their business and impact to this day.
