Job Description
Overview
We are a high-growth education services firm specializing in K-12 enrichment. Following a period of rapid expansion, we are working to diversify our portfolio on a revenue plateau. Our leadership team is product-focused, and we are seeking a strategic partner to institutionalize our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine. This is an exciting opportunity to transition our sales motion from a founder-led model to a scalable, repeatable system.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Systems: Diagnose growth plateaus and develop a GTM playbook tailored to the K-12 procurement cycle, focusing on outbound marketing and sales, budgeting, RFPs, and board approvals.
- Portfolio Diversification: Create and implement a strategy to grow our smaller accounts and acquire new clients, reducing our current revenue concentration risk.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and scale our existing Account Executive team. Establish clear KPIs, forecasting models, and maintain CRM hygiene.
Qualifications
- Experience: Demonstrated success in scaling B2B companies from $2M to $10M+ ARR.
- Domain Expertise: Strong preference for individuals with direct experience in K-12 or EdTech sectors. Familiarity with district buying behaviors, seasonal cycles, and post-ESSER funding landscapes is essential.
- Skillset: Expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and transforming "try-before-you-buy" pilots into full conversions.
- Profile: An "architect-executor" capable of delivering high-level strategy while also engaging in tasks such as reviewing call recordings or refining RFP responses.
This role is an opportunity to engage at a strategic level within a dynamic and evolving organization, working remotely for 10-15 hours per week for an initial 3-month pilot, with the intention of a long-term engagement.
About the Company
This company operates in the education sector, focusing on K-12 enrichment services. With a commitment to innovation and scalability, the organization aims to diversify its offerings and foster strategic growth through a product-focused leadership approach.
