Mend Together was a social platform that helped friends and family support patients going through medical hardships like cancer. We built resilient communities around patients with 3 free tools: 1. Community Journal that keeps everyone updated and able to offer timely encouragement 2. Volunteer Calendar that makes organizing support easy 3. Gift + Cash Registry that enables loved ones to send healing gifts or provide financial support
