    • Drove product discovery: conducted interviews with >100 potential customers to define early product direction
    • Led hands-on product delivery: PM for multiple core product features, mobile apps team, and cash flow management experiment team
    • Shaped early processes: facilitated creation of Moss’ first company values, implemented first OKR-based quarterly planning, built first key development process mechanisms (bug & critical issue reporting, feature request tracking, NPS program, etc.)

Zeitgold empowers the owners to get bookkeeping, payroll, invoice payment, collections and coordination with the tax advisor done in less than 10 minutes per day on their smartphones, saving around 10 hours per week.

    • Led Product and Design; grew team from 2 to 10 people
    • Facilitated project to define target customer; created focus that enabled 10x growth
    • Implemented and managed quarterly planning process for Eng, PM, and Design teams
    • Launched app redesign that enabled transition from MVP to commercially-ready product
