Versalie stepped into the women's health arena, focusing on menopause. The challenge was to build trust in a new market and address the often-neglected topic of menopause sensitively. Through a 4-month NYU MBA project, extensive literature reviews, market analysis, and empathy-driven consumer engagement were conducted. These insights led to actionable strategies, one being offering specialized menopause education to doctors. This approach gained significant recognition, leading to direct presentations to top executives and the inception of community-focused initiatives for comprehensive care. Versalie's efforts materialized in the creation of Versalie, reflecting a successful strategy in establishing authority and trust in women's health.
JP Morgan Chase aimed to innovate in personal financial management by creating a digital money coach, "Wealth Plan". The project faced initial challenges: unclear design features, unidentified strategic assumptions, and difficulty in decision-making and prioritization. I adopted a customer-centric approach, conducting thorough research and data analysis to refine the strategy, design solutions, and prioritize features. This led to the successful development and launch of Wealth Plan, which included budgeting tools and liquidity monitoring. It received industry recognition and had a smooth rollout to 55 million clients. My leadership in merging strategy with actionable insights and a customer-centric approach was key to the project's success.
