The existing recognition platform had some known pain points around integration with other systems and the latency of the rewards. The timing was right for a replacement.
The new solution leverages existing tools and channels, and more immediate rewards, is less bloated, and since it’s based on a free feature, allows to repurpose the license fee cost to support a bigger employee rewards budget.
The product was quickly adopted and participation has sharply increased in all the relevant metrics (more total nominations, more people actively nominating and being nominated, more inter-team nominations, time-to-value, etc).

ITX Corp is a full-service digital transformation agency, that helps organizations build and accelerate digital products, from innovation, Product Management, and UX Design workshops, to software architecture and development, cloud deployment, hosting, and management.
- Worked closely with the CEO to design the culture, strategy, employee experience and policies for a global, mostly remote organization of 250 people in 3 continents.
- Designed & implemented scalable internal processes and policies for hiring, onboarding, talent development, performance management and onboarding through the startup and growth stages.
- Led a Tech TA growth strategy, with 2x headcount growth between 2010-2015 & again between 2015-2022.
- Oversaw 6 successful M&A processes, advising on the evaluation of M&A candidates.
- Partnered with the EVP of Innovation in assembling a world class Product Management team, hiring and coaching dozens of PM professionals, designing roles and responsibilities, career ladders, and incentives.
