    ITX Corp is a full-service digital transformation agency, that helps organizations build and accelerate digital products, from innovation, Product Management, and UX Design workshops, to software architecture and development, cloud deployment, hosting, and management.

    • Worked closely with the CEO to design the culture, strategy, employee experience and policies for a global, mostly remote organization of 250 people in 3 continents.
    • Designed & implemented scalable internal processes and policies for hiring, onboarding, talent development, performance management and onboarding through the startup and growth stages.
    • Led a Tech TA growth strategy, with 2x headcount growth between 2010-2015 & again between 2015-2022.
    • Oversaw 6 successful M&A processes, advising on the evaluation of M&A candidates.
    • Partnered with the EVP of Innovation in assembling a world class Product Management team, hiring and coaching dozens of PM professionals, designing roles and responsibilities, career ladders, and incentives.
    • Managed over 15 Workforce Vendor relationships and 3 Professional Employment Organization (PEO) programs to support the organization’s talent needs.
    • Facilitated Innovation workshops to build alignment with other organization stakeholders.
    • Designed and implemented multiple initiatives of corporate strategy and culture as part of the Executive Team, defining and delivering OKRs that contributed to the higher organizational goals.
    • Acted as Product Manager for a suite of internal and customer facing HR Tech tools
    • Developed Total Rewards strategies and processes to match multinational markets and positions, with high retention results in a high attrition industry, achieving multiple Best Place to Work and Best Company awards.
