In Studio classes, students make their own original work, from new songs to new recipes to new films. Since 2019, a global community of hundreds of thousands of students has created and shared over half a million original creative works on Studio.

    • Owned People Operation strategy and programming; member of strategic leadership team. Key accomplishments included remote employee engagement, performance development, and implementing best practice operational foundations
    • Developed an employee focused and human centered performance management program with 90%+ participation rate
    • Created philosophies that built an engaged culture, further developed with formal feedback surveys and collaborative action planning; eNPS >90+
    • Fully revamped benefits program and administration; allowing for better offerings that were cost neutral YoY

    • Work with the Benefits Manager to create, review and update plan summaries, communication materials, open enrollment materials, benefits brochures, etc.
