With over a decade as a People Operations & Talent Leader in dynamic startups and high-growth companies (B2B and B2C), and three game-changing years as an Operating Partner at Boldstart Ventures, I specialize in building HR, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and development programs from the ground up. Often the first People Operations hire, I am brought in to build from scratch or drive business transformations through change management and talent audits.

My work is fueled by a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and pattern recognition from partnering with founders to supercharge their businesses, processes, and most importantly, their PEOPLE. I craft innovative, data-driven people operations programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent. This expertise has led to lecturing at Columbia University, speaking to crowds of 500+, and contributing to numerous podcasts, articles, and events.
