I currently run my own consulting firm, where I act as a finance and strategy advisor for startups, guiding businesses in their early stages with tailored financial and operational insights.

I previously served as Vice President of Finance at Keyway Real Estate, where I led the finance department, implementing critical initiatives like revamped departmental budget processes and improved financial reporting.

At Compass, I played a pivotal role in the company's rapid growth from less than $500 million to $6.5 billion in revenue. My achievements include closing warehouse facilities, nine acquisitions, three private fundraising rounds, new business launches and the successful execution of a $450 million IPO.
