  • Implemented ChatGPT to scope out and price home renovations

    Led a cross-functional team to prototype and implement an LLM (GPT-3.5) to capture a user's renovation intent and turn that into a detailed renovation plan, complete with detailed line items and pricing for labor. This allowed our business to expand rapidly into new types of renovations, while also meaningfully accelerating the process for our users.

  • Built Dynamic Pricing Engine for Renovations

    Led a team building upon an existing database of labor cost to create a pricing engine that dynamically priced out each renovation project taking into account factors like project complexity and size, geographic variations, permitting, gross profit, and conversion.

  • Built an iPhone app to create a customizable digital twin to allow people to visualize renovations in their space

    Led a small team to rapidly prototype and launch an iOS app to accurately scan a room (or whole home) and visualize a renovation in that real space. This allowed our users to do in minutes what used to take a professional consultation, tape measure and a professional designer a week to complete.
