  As a Fractional CTO, I provided crucial technical leadership during the vendor and team transition phase. I created processes for product and tech teams and set up a robust onboarding strategy. I established quality assurance processes and assembled a new technical team, including development, product, and quality assurance roles. I aligned business priorities with the product roadmap and streamlined communication. I handled process setup, conducted gap analysis on team members, onboarded new talent, facilitated knowledge transfer, assessed vendors and tech screenings, and streamlined the path to a successful MVP launch.
