StructionSite offers AI-powered site documentation for General Contractors, enabling teams to capture and organize 360-degree photos, standard photos, and videos, overlay maps on floor plans, generate reports, and share easily. The platform allows for quick field adoption and seamless sharing of the digital jobsite with all stakeholders.

I worked with the founders from the earliest stages to establish a solid tech strategy, integrate 360 cameras with the app, develop initial product iterations, and assemble the tech team. We successfully launched a production-ready MVP, featuring capabilities like uploading construction site plans, creating a portal, and more.

As a Fractional CTO, I provided crucial technical leadership during the vendor and team transition phase. I created processes for product and tech teams and set up a robust onboarding strategy. I established quality assurance processes and assembled a new technical team, including development, product, and quality assurance roles. I aligned business priorities with the product roadmap and streamlined communication. I handled process setup, conducted gap analysis on team members, onboarded new talent, facilitated knowledge transfer, assessed vendors and tech screenings, and streamlined the path to a successful MVP launch.
