Experienced global Human Resources Leader with over 20 years experience across, government, retail and most recently in a hyper growth health technology startup . My mission is to support organizations in fostering inclusive workplaces where employees can achieve their professional and personal goals.
After working with two of the retail industry's most exciting brands and a hyper growth health tech start up I turned my attention to consulting. As an HR consultant and fractional Head of People I have:
Built the HR infrastructure of a high tech facial and beauty brand's US expansion
Designed a culture action plan for an ed tech Company with the goal of helping them become one of New York's best places to work
Led a market research and HR advisory project for a Canadian hospitality Company expanding to the United States
Built a continuous feedback and performance management program for a health tech company in line with the Company's values and state collaboration requirements.

Tia is an innovative, early-stage women’s health-tech company reimagining the highly complex world of health care. Through technology, data, and design, we aim to empower women with the tools and information they need to make informed decisions for their bodies, reproductive lives, and sexual health.
Led the company's growth from 67 to 385 employees, and expanded the People team from 3 to 20 members.
Implemented new benefit programs and partnerships to enhance employee well-being and diversity in recruitment.
