Over the course of 6 to 8 months post-launch, we iterated on the product to have a fully customizable candidate-facing offer letter.

https://www.opencomp.com/merit-cyclesThe product digitizes the merit cycle workflow and contains all collaborative elements within the OpenComp app. On average, users can expect 50% time savings by using the Merit Cycle product vs. spreadsheets due to the streamlined nature of the product as well as the elimination of the most common pain point - broken spreadsheets + lack of guardrails. The MVP was launched within 4 months after 1-2 months of design work and user research. A long term roadmap spanning 1.5 years was also planned that included automated budget allocation, raise recommendations, and robust DEI insight/analysis.

Private Brands Global Ordering

Private Brands Global Ordering enabled the Canadian marketplace to order mixed-container goods through the consolidation of inventory from multiple supplying factories. This eliminated overstock issues for private label goods that we were ordering, and also eliminated out of stock issues for goods that were shut off from ordering due to the extremely high risk of overstock.
Instead of having to order a 40-foot container of USB cables, we were able to request all factory orders to be delivered to free trade zones/ports where goods were organized and consolidated into mixed-containers, and ultimately shipped into Canada.
