    • I lead Product Development efforts at Welo, a remote work startup, which includes everything from Product Discovery to Product Delivery efforts (Research and Development, Customer Interviewing, Product Strategy, Feature Prioritization, Backlog Management, Partnering with Engineering, Communicating with Business team, etc). My work has helped Welo to launch an App in the Zoom Marketplace that's been named a top 10 "essentials" app by Zoom, and to double our activation rate and improve our retention rate by an average of 10%.

    • I formed and trained a new internal team, called the "Product Development Culture team". I helped recruit and train two new team members on modern product discovery and delivery techniques. We partnered closely with teams and product leaders, running workshops (like Google Design Sprints and other Product Discovery activities), individual coaching sessions, and training to help them gain insights in days that would have normally taken weeks or months. And we developed the Product Development Culture curriculum, training 50+ Etsy employees on modern product discovery and delivery practices in a 3 month period.
