• I lead Product Development efforts at Welo, a remote work startup, which includes everything from Product Discovery to Product Delivery efforts (Research and Development, Customer Interviewing, Product Strategy, Feature Prioritization, Backlog Management, Partnering with Engineering, Communicating with Business team, etc). My work has helped Welo to launch an App in the Zoom Marketplace that's been named a top 10 "essentials" app by Zoom, and to double our activation rate and improve our retention rate by an average of 10%.

• I built and led the Agile Program Management function at Octane. I taught and coached the Product and Engineering organizations on modern product discovery and delivery approaches, identified dependencies between teams slowing down flow and putting delivery dates at risk, acted as a coach and partner to all levels of product and engineering leadership (C-Suite to middle management and individual team members), and helped to improve the team health and culture at Octane.

• I formed and trained a new internal team, called the "Product Development Culture team". I helped recruit and train two new team members on modern product discovery and delivery techniques. We partnered closely with teams and product leaders, running workshops (like Google Design Sprints and other Product Discovery activities), individual coaching sessions, and training to help them gain insights in days that would have normally taken weeks or months. And we developed the Product Development Culture curriculum, training 50+ Etsy employees on modern product discovery and delivery practices in a 3 month period.

• I worked in the Personal Investing (PI) business unit (B2C) focused on the Account Opening teams. I helped those teams design, plan, and implement a new product concept: a modernized approach to opening accounts across all Fidelity's investment products.

• I was a key leader in turning around and creating “Xively”, LogMeIn’s Internet of Things (IOT) API Platform Product. There I helped to drive Xively's acquisition by Google through introduction and development of the Product Management function and practices and by driving the release of Xively's v1.0 B2B Platform to market.
