    At OnDeck, we make small business a big deal. Our passion for Main Street and the cutting-edge technology we use to evaluate businesses based on their actual performance, not solely business owners’ personal credit scores, make it possible for us to responsibly expand access to credit. This allows businesses to spend their time where it provides the most benefit—on their customers, not looking for a small business loan. As of fall 2020, OnDeck is an Enova International brand.

    • Led product strategy for the Core Loan Servicing Platform that supported all funding, servicing, and payments of loans and lines of credit across the entire business, as well as the Customer Service & Collections Console
    • Launched future-dated recurring payment schedules, which increased the number of payment plans for delinquent customers by 10% and eliminated the need to set manual reminders for payment plans
    • Launched the delinquency grace days workflow, which saved about 17.5 weekly hours of Production Support time and reduced SLA times for Customer Service funding issue cases from 2 weeks to 2 days
    • Scoped and led development of new Loan Servicing APIs that enhanced the underwriting and servicing processes, including a credit line management API for automatic credit-line adjustments based on risk changes and funds clawback for reversing fraudulent or
    • Led a major refactor of key Loan Servicing features such as loan funding, interest accrual, and payment processing/clearing to process 3x the amount of loans per day and eliminate key points of failure in the processes

    • Launched v0 of MuniRisk, an app used for municipal credit analysis that was available on the Bloomberg Portal
    • Led development of OpenRisk Connect, an app for financial analysis/modeling that incorporates updated financial, economic, and demographic data with data versioning that can be accessed through a web interface, an Excel interface, and a REST API
    • Led development of OpenRisk Advantage, a workflow-based application used for collecting and aggregating loan data for in-depth re-underwriting analysis and reporting
