Rachel is a full stack, strategic designer with over 10 years of experience building brands, businesses, and experiences from the ground up.

Early in her career, Rachel worked with international communities to explore the ways indigenous art might find a home in mainstream fashion and interiors. At Doblin (now part of Deloitte Digital), she deployed design research and visual design for the benefit of clients as large as the Department of Veterans Affairs, leading to work that served over one million veterans nationwide. Her last project at Doblin led to the creation of Poolside, a startup which focused on bringing sophisticated financial and wellbeing benefits to hourly workers in the restaurant industry.

Rachel's current design practice at Paradigm Park brings together her skills in digital and physical design to create cohesive narratives of health and wellbeing for our communities and ourselves. Through this practice, she partners with companies who understand the value of design and are dedicated to improving health and wellbeing for all.

Rachel is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with degrees in Design and Anthropology. She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
