Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner with organizations seeking expert financial leadership on a flexible, part-time basis. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support organizational growth and stability.
  • Lead corporate accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and other relevant standards.
  • Oversee risk analysis and management processes, including SOX compliance and COSO frameworks, to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Manage treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity management to optimize working capital.
  • Conduct market analysis and business development activities to identify new opportunities for revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret complex data insights, and communicate findings clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support mergers & acquisitions by conducting due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
  • Lead budgeting processes, expense control initiatives, cost management strategies, and profit & loss analysis to enhance financial performance.
  • Supervise finance teams in areas like payroll management, supply chain finance, cost accounting, and regulatory reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial software systems and technical accounting practices to streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive with supervisory responsibilities across multiple financial disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, IAS standards, including ASC 606 for revenue recognition and COSO frameworks for internal controls.
  • Expertise in SOX compliance, risk management, corporate finance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability in mergers & acquisitions, business development, market analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional skills in financial modeling, analysis techniques, forecasting methods, and financial report writing & interpretation.
  • Proficiency with advanced financial software tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with leadership qualities that inspire teams and influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Deep understanding of governmental accounting practices where applicable along with supply chain finance expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control, expense management, revenue cycle management, and fiscal management strategies.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

  • Pay: $115,535.52 - $139,139.55 per year
  • Job type: Part-time, Contract
