Fractional CFO

Location: Lathrop, CA

We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership for a growing company in the container industry. This part-time executive role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who can help drive profitability, improve financial processes, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations
Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and KPI tracking
Support pricing, cost-control, and profitability initiatives
Advise leadership on growth opportunities, investments, and risk management
Strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CFO, Fractional CFO, or senior finance executive
Strong background in manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or container-related industries preferred
Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and cash flow management
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
CPA, MBA, or equivalent financial credentials preferred
