Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, technical, and executive roles across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS, and HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft to identify top talent efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, employing strong communication skills to assess candidate fit, technical competencies, and cultural alignment.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders through effective relationship management and talent management practices to understand hiring needs thoroughly.
- Negotiate employment contracts, offer terms, and employment & labor law compliance to secure the best candidates while maintaining transparency.
- Utilize cold calling techniques for lead generation and talent pipelining to proactively build a robust talent pool for current and future openings.
- Stay informed on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve sourcing methods and candidate engagement strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in using ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo; familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday or Kronos is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage candidate relationships and stakeholder expectations.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Experience with social media management for recruiting purposes and lead generation initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR tools such as ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce enhances your ability to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Ability to research market trends and utilize data-driven insights for strategic talent acquisition planning.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
- Pay: $75.00 - $110.00 per hour
