Streaming data pipeline for regulatory compliance.

This one of a kind compliance regime necessitated a new data pipeline that gave cities the data they required, and internal operations the ability to maintain compliance.

- Product lead for public company compliance & internal tools immediately following public listing.
- Led cross functional ‘mission team’ (including PM's. Product Marketers, & Policy Specialists) focused on cities & regulators.
- Built streaming data pipeline using Flink & Kafka to create source of truth for vehicle state.
- Built a full suite of API's to allow MaaS integrations.
- Chaired the Technical Council of the Open Mobility Foundation responsible for the open source MDS Specification.
- Conceived and executed Bird’s GovTech platform
- Led cross-functional team building platform to optimize supply using data science models and operational tooling.
