    • Successfully executed the company’s first ever customer conference achieving a remarkable NPS of 70. I oversaw all aspects of brand development, creative execution and content strategy along with on-site setup, run-of-show, and MC duties
    • Built the creative strategy for the company's largest ever product launch. This required an integrated approach across web, email, content, experiential, and social, ensuring a seamless and impactful introduction of all seven products to the market.

    • Enabled the rapid growth and expansion of the creative team, interviewing over 1k candidates and hiring over 100 employees to scale from 30 to 145 members over 4 years with 40% of team retention for 3+ years, and 60% retention of 1+ years.
    • Oversaw conceptual work as Creative Director including design and brand campaigns, TV advertising, and experiential projects across social channels, content, paid, podcast, connected TV, out of home, and print media. Generating over 1BN impressions.
    • Led 2 major global rebrands across 6 different languages. Oversaw the company’s first TV, paid, and OOH campaigns.
    • Developed the global creative strategy for transitioning from a single product company to a full-office CRM platform.
    • Drove an organizational transformation from a service-based group to an in-house creative agency, substantially contributing to the company’s revenue growth and brand.
    • Implemented creative operations and a creative studio to provide opportunities for growth, specialization, better cross-functional collaboration, to reduce technical constraints and scale creative beyond marketing across the whole company.
    • Built robust UX, production, creative direction, creative services, and outsourcing groups.
    • Created a self-service system utilized by all HubSpotters for scaling creative work. Enabled them to work autonomously to create accessible, localizable, mobile-friendly, and brand-approved design assets, videos, and no-code landing pages saving millions.
    • Paved the way for the development and inclusion of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), augmented reality (AR), voice, messaging, and web3 technologies.
    • Led the builds of the company’s first voice, messaging, AI and AR web experiences.
    • Served as a two-time mentor of the POCAH (People of Color at HubSpot) mentorship program.
