I'm a fractional product leader and coach, with over 10 years of experience at early-stage startups and large technology companies.

I've been working exclusively as a fractional product leader for the last 3 years, primarily partnering with founders and early-stage teams (Seed to Series B) as an interim head of product. In addition, I also work as a product coach with select clients.

Prior to my fractional work, I spent 5 years at Airbnb building products and leading cross-functional teams. I've also been an early employee of a handful of early-stage startups, where I led product and non-product functions, including growth, partnerships and business operations.

I live in Bozeman, MT with my partner, two kiddos and mini Aussie.

• Discovery, development, and launch of an end-to-end product or new biz opportunity
• Developing and aligning team behind a product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap
• Building out a product team and function, including hiring, managing, and developing talent across product, design and engineering
• Coaching founders, product managers, and teams on product thinking and fundamentals
• Implementing or refining product development processes, in partnership with engineering and design
• Stakeholder management and expectation setting with non-Product stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, etc.
• Analyzing and implementing product analytics and success metrics across a cross-functional product team
