I'm an empathy black belt and technology leader. I began my career at Microsoft working on products that shipped to millions of people before moving to the startup world and embracing the messy, agile, organic world of innovation that endlessly seeks to answer the question "what can't we...?"

Along the way I picked up a Masters in Clinical Psychology, focusing on fixing dysfunctional complex systems, to help address the issues that I see holding back good companies from becoming great companies.

I currently live in the Greater Los Angeles area with my amazing and supportive family. Outside of work I enjoy photography, traveling, and cars.
