I joined the team to lead marketing content and social media efforts through a planned website relaunch. I worked to simplify workflows, onboard social media management tools like Dash Hudson to help the team work smarter, managed web updates, wrote web copy, crafted the email marketing strategy, and crafting content plans.
This Christmas campaign was hands down the largest (and loveliest) campaign I've ever worked on. I advised on the social media elements of the TV ad shoot (teasers, cut downs, edits), managed relationships with publishers - we ran a custom emoji and promoted trend on X (formerly Twitter) and two case studies with Meta and X, ran a live war room with custom responses in Mrs Claus's voice on launch night, and managed a host of internal stakeholders.
