    MVP for Cyber Security SaaS in less than four months


    I designed, architected, and developed significant parts of a SaaS for a cybersecurity startup. I chose the tech stack. I set the technical guidelines & onboarding for our devs.


    The tech decisions & architecture allowed us to achieve a very aggressive timeline with junior and mid-exercise devs in a stack they're less familiar with. After 3 months, we delivered an MVP with four paying clients.

    I set the tone of working with design and UX. We rapidly mocked all screens from Figma to Chakra UI, constantly communicating with UI/UX about gaps. We organize our Figma section by the current sprint subscribed capacity. We scored the stories with points, and Devs estimated time on their assigned tasks, allowing us to have subscribed capacity every sprint to prioritize and plan our roadmap.
