• Built 8 unique products with marketing, engineering, and sales that guided partners through steps to build on cloud with Microsoft. Results included over 1M views and the correct identification of 500 high potential partners in just 4 months.
• Achieved 30% higher engagement than site average and an 11% conversion rate by studying existing platform data, competitor trends and then incorporating insights into the initial strategy and iterative versions of the product

Smartsheet is a SaaS offering for collaboration and work management. It is used to assign tasks, track project progress, manage calendars, share documents and manage other work using a tabular user interface.

• Built partner sales channel program and all associated operations, enablement, marketing, and support infrastructure from scratch resulting in an increase from $35k in ACV to over $1.2M in ACV.
• Identified industry standards and differentiators to optimize program design and then recruited, enabled, and co-marketed with 50 new partners.
• Registered over 1000 partner deals and decreased the SLA on quotes from 24 hours to 1 hour by partnering with engineering, sales operations, and finance to create and then improve the quote to cash process.

PitchBook is a financial data and software company. They provide thousands of business professionals with comprehensive data on the private and public markets to help them discover and execute opportunities with confidence.
