    • Built partner sales channel program and all associated operations, enablement, marketing, and support infrastructure from scratch resulting in an increase from $35k in ACV to over $1.2M in ACV.
    • Identified industry standards and differentiators to optimize program design and then recruited, enabled, and co-marketed with 50 new partners.
    • Registered over 1000 partner deals and decreased the SLA on quotes from 24 hours to 1 hour by partnering with engineering, sales operations, and finance to create and then improve the quote to cash process.
