Matt is an excellent recruiter. Not just on agency side, but overall, he would excel in house as well. He is very detailed oriented, which is a must have within recruitment where dates/times/numbers are critical. Matt is friendly, professional, hard working, organized, and very easy to work with. I worked with Matt on recruiting a couple of positions. He is one of the best recruiters I have worked with. Very easy to communicate with and did tons of groundwork to help make it easier for me as the hiring manager. I would bounce back with resumes that looked good and he followed up super fast.
