I worked closely with peer leaders to develop and replicate playbooks functionally and geographically by understanding the drivers for increased sales. I carefully created well rounded teams developing variable compensation structures that were aligned with the desired behavior. As a result, we grew revenue from ~$9M to over $150M in 1.5 yrs (projected to be $1B in 5 yrs), with 95%+ forecast accuracy and 3x headcount growth.
D2C Nationwide Expansion

My role was to lead all new revenue streams and expansion as VP of Strategy.
