VP Product from 0 to Series E

I'm the technical co-founder of Nomad Health, a VC-backed marketplace for temporary clinical staffing. I ran Product from 0 to post-Series B. I left to work on AI, running Platform and Product Design at Hyperscience from pre-Series C to post-Series E.

I'm currently working on Sentient (trysentient.com) in addition to contract work as a fractional head of product.

  • Full stack product development

    For Cribdilla, a small real estate startup, I designed and coded entire new feature sets. My largest project expanded the product's search functionality to include geographic search. This included indexing search results by lat/long, filtering results by NYC neighborhoods, and building a new map interface for users to visually narrow/expand their search.

  • Product analytics

    I have established and integrated product analytics at three different companies: Nomad Health, Wingspan, and Hyperscience. I am intimately familiar with Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Looker; the strategic trade-offs between an event-only driven approach vs. SQL; and ETL architectures for data lake setup.

  • Product roadmap process

    I have designed and participated in product roadmap processes for product/design teams ranging in size from 1 to 30.


    At the large end of the scale: ran quarterly product roadmapping presentations to C suite; leveraged Zone to Win framework to prioritize projects across the technology roadmap; instituted multi-quarter Initiative strategy document templates for PMs, to help the "immediate" build requirements of a PRD from the long-term research and strategy of a functional area.

  • SDK design

    Led the design and launch of Hyperscience's first SDK, for building and managing workflows. This was the cornerstone of a board-level effort to augment the companies sales strategy by working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to sell Hyperscience on the companies behalf.


    Once launched, I hired a Director of Product from AWS to own this area of the company moving forward.

    Head of Platform and interim VP of Product Design at Hyperscience. We apply homegrown, cutting-edge machine learning to enterprise automation. The Platform team owns horizontal, customer-facing product feature sets such as our core ML models, orchestration layer, platform UX, supervision interfaces, and language expansion strategy.

    • Led product re-architecture onto new workflow orchestration layer
    • Launched SDK for third party developers to build on top of Hyperscience
    • Led and grew Product Design team to 8 full-stack designers

    Contract position as a head of product for Wingspan, Cribdilla, and other early stage companies. During this period I was also investing at the Product Co-op as well as studying machine learning at the Recurse Center (summer 2019).
