We are looking for a fractional SEO lead to own and guide long-term organic growth for AIRWAAV. This role is about building durable topical authority that compounds over time and supports the brand’s broader mission of science-backed human performance.

You will be responsible for shaping how AIRWAAV shows up in organic search and emerging AI-driven discovery. The goal is not short-term traffic spikes, but sustained growth driven by trust, clarity, and authority across performance, recovery, and sleep.

This role has real ownership, strategic influence, and the opportunity to help define how a category-leading brand educates and inspires its audience.

## What You Will Own

- Develop and lead AIRWAAV’s long-term organic search strategy
- Build and evolve a clear topical authority framework across performance, recovery, sleep, and breath
- Define pillar and supporting content architecture that compounds over time
- Guide content creation, updates, and consolidation to ensure clarity, depth, and accuracy
- Design and maintain an internal linking system that reinforces authority and supports key commercial pages
- Help position AIRWAAV as a trusted source for AI-driven search experiences such as AI Overviews and conversational search
- Align content with AIRWAAV’s science-backed philosophy and brand voice
- Measure success through sustained organic growth that supports the business, not vanity metrics

## Who We Are Looking For

- Proven experience growing organic traffic for an e-commerce brand through authority and structure
- Experience in health, wellness, performance, recovery, or other science-driven categories
- Strong understanding of topical authority, entity-based SEO, and long-term search dynamics
- Comfortable operating strategically while guiding execution
- Clear communicator with strong judgment and an ownership mindset
- Familiarity with Shopify-based e-commerce environments

## Compensation and Structure

- Fractional engagement at 5 to 10 hours per week
