**About the Role**

We are seeking a strategic Fractional Growth Lead with deep experience marketing education and professional development programs. This role owns enrollment and revenue growth across a portfolio of in-person, virtual, and hybrid offerings serving both individual professionals (B2C) and enterprise buyers (B2B).

This is a fractional leadership role focused on strategy, performance, and executive alignment, scoped at approximately 10–20 hours per week.

**What You’ll Do**

- Own the full growth funnel from awareness through application, enrollment, and re-enrollment/upsell for key offerings.
- Develop portfolio-level go-to-market strategies including positioning, segmentation, and channel mix.
- Build integrated campaign plans across email, content, web, and paid media.
- Own paid acquisition strategy (LinkedIn, Meta, Search, and other relevant channels).
- Translate business goals into quarterly marketing roadmaps and experiment plans.
- Lead a pod including Marketing Operations, Paid Media, Content, and Design, providing clear direction and priorities.
- Review dashboards and deliver executive-level insights, risks, and recommendations.
- Partner with internal and client stakeholders (e.g., admissions, program leads, sales) to align marketing with program outcomes and business goals.

**Qualifications**

- 8+ years in growth, demand generation, or marketing leadership roles.
- Proven experience increasing applications, enrollments, registrations, or program revenue.
- Experience marketing executive education, professional development, or B2B services.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C buyer journeys and enrollment funnels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize multi-channel growth programs (email, paid, content, web).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leadership.

**Preferred**

- Experience marketing cohort-based programs or managing multi-launch calendars.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and paid media reporting (you know how to read the data and ask the right questions; you do not need to be a systems admin).
- Experience working in or with agencies or consultancies serving education or learning organizations.

**Compensation**

- Hourly range (1099 contract): $90–$120 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated track record in education/professional development growth
- Estimated 10–20 hours per week to start, with flexibility to adjust based on scope and results.
- Remote, fractional engagement; potential for longer-term partnership based on fit and performance.
