We offer outpatient therapy, medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and counseling services for individuals, couples, and groups. With a focus on flexibility, we also provide virtual appointments and phone consultations to meet the diverse needs of our clients. This is a full-time hybrid Controller role based in Salisbury, NC, with some remote work flexibility.
We are open to both experienced Controllers and Fractional CFO candidates who can provide strategic financial leadership in a complex, high-volume healthcare environment.
The Controller will oversee financial operations, including managing accounting processes, preparing financial reports, developing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and analyzing financial performance. Additionally, the Controller will lead and support the finance team, enhance internal financial controls, and collaborate with leadership to guide strategic financial planning for the organization.

## Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site medical practice
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and insurance billing
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel

## Preferred:

- CPA or MBA
- Experience in high-growth or turnaround environments
- Familiarity with outsourced or hybrid workforce models (W2 + 1099)
- Experience supporting organizations in restructuring or complex financial situations
- Experience with behavioral health practices strongly preferred

## Compensation
