**Overview**

As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Fractional CHRO / HR Director to enhance our people operations, bolster talent acquisition efforts, and design robust compensation structures that align with performance and scalability.

**Responsibilities**

- **Talent Strategy & Acquisition:**
  - Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and retain high-performing team members across production, logistics, and management roles.

- **Compensation Design:**
  - Build transparent and data-driven compensation models that align incentives with organizational performance and long-term profitability.

- **Organizational Structure:**
  - Advise on team structure, reporting lines, and role definitions to support scalability and accountability.

- **Performance & Culture:**
  - Implement performance review processes and formalize the company’s values and leadership principles.

- **Compliance & HR Infrastructure:**
  - Establish baseline HR systems, policies, and compliance frameworks suitable for a growing international business.

**Qualifications**

- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, ideally at the Director or CHRO level.
- Experience in agribusiness, food production, logistics, or retail supply chain preferred.
- Proven success in designing compensation and incentive models.
- Ability to build from the ground up — a builder, not just an operator.
- Ability to collaborate closely with a small, entrepreneurial leadership team.
- Availability for 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility to scale as needs grow.
