### Overview

As a Business Change Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving real change, working hands-on with diverse business units to deliver impactful AI solutions. This role offers the chance to lead transformation initiatives, collaborate with talented professionals, and see your work make a tangible difference across the organisation. ### Key Responsibilities

- Embedding within business areas for extended periods to drive AI adoption and transformation initiatives from concept through to sustained operational use.
- Working directly with business teams to identify pain points, process inefficiencies, and opportunities where AI can deliver tangible value.
- Rapidly prototyping and iterating solutions with business users, gathering feedback and refining approaches to ensure solutions meet real needs.
- Leading change management activities within embedded teams, including training, communication, stakeholder engagement, and addressing resistance to change.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for AI initiatives within the embedded business area, building trust and credibility through hands-on delivery.

**Your key responsibilities as a Project Management Team Lead will include:**

- Overseeing the daily operations of the PM team, coordinating workload, and ensuring priorities are communicated clearly.
- Supporting and developing team members through 1:1s, performance reviews, and personalised development plans.
- Monitoring performance metrics such as utilisation, forecasting, and reporting to ensure high‑quality delivery.

This 6 month contract offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a new product proposition from concept through to launch within a highly influential area of the investment management industry. You will work at the intersection of technology, data, and commercial strategy, collaborating with senior stakeholders and leading UK platform partners while shaping a solution with real market impact. The role provides exposure to cutting-edge analytics tools, platform integrations, and strategic product development, making it ideal for someone looking to deliver meaningful outcomes at pace.

### Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and delivery, from initial definition through to successful launch within the UK fund platform market

• Lead technical and commercial discussions with UK fund platform partners, building strong relationships to support integration

• Design and define trade workflows that align with platform order management, settlement, and reporting systems

• Translate internal and external stakeholder requirements into clear, prioritised product features based on value and feasibility

• Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to ensure the solution is robust, scalable, and regulator-ready

• Train and enable internal commercial and support teams to confidently position, sell, and support the new proposition

### Required Experience and Skills

• You must have significant product management experience within the UK B2B fund platform market, delivering products from concept to launch

• You will have strong knowledge of UK fund platform operations, including trading, settlement workflows, and regulatory frameworks

• You should be confident leading senior-level technical and commercial discussions with both internal and external stakeholders
