### The Opportunity:

As a People Operations Generalist / Recruiter at Javvy, you'll play a key role in building and supporting the team behind one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the U.S. This is a hybrid role across talent acquisition and HR operations, where you'll own both hiring and core People Ops responsibilities.

This role is structured as a **6-month contract**, with the potential to extend or convert to a full-time position based on company needs at the end of the contract period.

You'll partner closely with the Head of People Operations and hiring managers to bring in top talent, deliver a strong employee experience, and ensure our people systems scale effectively as we grow.

The role will begin with a 1–2 month onboarding and ramp period, followed by primary ownership of day-to-day HR operations during a maternity leave coverage period. When the Head of People Operations returns, there will be a transition overlap period to ensure continuity and a smooth handoff.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and sees themselves as both a recruiter and an HR generalist—not one or the other.

### What You'll Own:

### **Talent Acquisition & Hiring Operations**

*   Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer across a variety of roles
*   Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
*   Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
*   Conduct screening calls and assess candidates for both skill and culture fit
*   Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process organized and moving efficiently
*   Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance

### **HR Operations & Employee Experience**

*   Own onboarding logistics and ensure new hires have a smooth, consistent start
*   Partner with managers to set new employees up for success
*   Support HR systems (Rippling or similar), employee records, and documentation
*   Support and help run benefits administration, PTO tracking, payroll coordination, and compliance tasks
*   Help maintain and improve HR policies, org charts, and internal documentation
*   Assist with employee relations matters and escalate when appropriate

You're a Fit If…

*   You have 3–5 years of experience across both recruiting and HR operations
*   You've owned full-cycle recruiting and are confident managing multiple roles at once
*   You have hands-on experience supporting core HR functions (systems, benefits, employee support, documentation, etc.)

*   You ideally have experience in CPG, food, or beverage, and/or a fast-growing startup environment

We're looking for a Fractional TV Media Manager to own and scale Javvy's Linear TV channel as a performance-driven acquisition engine.

This is a part-time role (~10 hours/week to start), designed for a senior operator who can bring structure, discipline, and accountability to a small but growing channel. As TV scales, there is opportunity to expand scope over time.

You'll be responsible for driving performance and ensuring TV earns its place in our growth mix—primarily through strong strategy, rigorous analysis, and tight agency management.

This role is high-ownership but not execution-heavy. You'll work through our agency and internal team to guide decisions, pressure-test strategy, and continuously improve results.

**What You'll Own**

- Own Linear TV as a performance acquisition channel—setting direction, overseeing execution, and driving results
- Manage and hold the TV agency accountable across pricing (CPM/CPP), inventory quality, and optimization decisions
- Review and pressure-test media plans, network mix, dayparts, and spend allocation
- Establish testing frameworks across creative, dayparts, networks, and frequency (and ensure they are executed)
- Evaluate performance on a weekly/biweekly basis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and refine incrementality frameworks to understand the true impact of TV
- Identify wasted spend and opportunities to scale what's working
- Translate performance insights into clear direction for the agency and internal teams
- Partner with growth, analytics, and creative to align on testing priorities and measurement
- Report on performance, key insights, and recommended next steps to leadership

**You're a Fit If…**

- 5+ years of Direct Response TV (DRTV), CTV, or performance-driven Linear TV experience
- Experience managing or overseeing $5M+ annual TV spend
- Performance-first mindset—focused on CAC, incrementality, and measurable outcomes (not brand awareness)
- Strong experience managing and pushing agencies to improve performance
- Deep understanding of TV buying mechanics: CPM, CPP, inventory quality, makegoods, and negotiation dynamics
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with performance data
- Rigorous testing mindset with a track record of continuous optimization
- Ability to connect TV performance to broader growth metrics (blended CAC, MER, downstream impact)
