Responsibilities
----------------

*   **Architect the Adaptive Logic Engine**
*   Lead the development of a proprietary engine that monitors external data streams to automate workflows within strict safety bounds. Ensure responsiveness to data while maintaining predictability for the user.
*   **Source of Truth & Ledger Design**
*   Design a multi-source-of-truth environment by implementing a robust double-entry ledger, reconciling internal system states against third-party financial and transactional providers.
*   **Integration & Resiliency Management**
*   Manage the "Trust Stack" through the integration of banking, identity, and execution APIs, ensuring resilience, idempotency, and fail-safe logic for all external connections.
*   **Strategic Technical Leadership**
*   Translate behavioral finance principles into a technical roadmap. Mentor the engineering team to maintain an immutable "Source of Truth" and ensure the AI layer is strictly read-only.

Qualifications

*   Skilled in feedback loops and failure modes, minimizing the costly "human in the loop" aspect.
*   **The FinTech Veteran**
*   Experience with ACH windows, KYC workflows, and the complexities of settling financial transactions.
*   **The Strategist**
*   Focuses on stable architecture, enabling 7-year auditability and high-integrity data retention.
*   **Technical Requirements**
*   Familiarity with Node.js
*   Ability to commit 5-10 hours per week in a fractional role
