**Overview**

This role presents an exciting opportunity to partner with a supply chain consultancy firm, as a pivotal player in optimizing and stabilizing the supply chain for a major client in the soft goods market, currently doing around $90 million in annual revenue. The successful candidate will work alongside the current team to drive significant improvements and streamline operations, contributing essential expertise to a growing area with substantial impacts on the client's business performance.

**Responsibilities**

*   Collaborate with the internal team to stabilize and enhance the client's supply chain operations.
*   Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and inefficiencies, aiming to recover lost sales and drive revenue growth.
*   Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply processes, focusing on demand planning and operational efficiency.
*   Support the development of a permanent supply chain team to ensure sustainability after the engagement.
*   Maintain and foster relationships with existing factories to optimize order fulfillment and operational processes.
*   Conduct thorough analysis and provide actionable insights to improve the supply chain's overall performance.

**Qualifications**

*   Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the textiles or soft goods industry.
