**Responsibilities**

- Provide hands-on leadership and ownership of the technical direction during a key transition period.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, CPO, and engineering team to ensure strategic alignment.
- Establish and maintain robust, scalable architecture suitable for long-term growth, leveraging an Azure-first, Microsoft-centric stack with .NET at its core.
- Shape and manage cloud security, data protection, and compliance initiatives in collaboration with external advisors, focusing on standards suitable for a scaling SaaS environment.
- Align engineering efforts with real customer and operational value, emphasizing clear product thinking, disciplined execution, and long-term quality.
- Lead the exploration and responsible adoption of applied AI, prioritizing genuine value creation and safe deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers, elevate engineering standards, and fortify technical decision-making and culture.
- Engage in hiring processes and define quality technical leadership at the company.

**Qualifications**

- Native-level English proficiency.
