## About the Role

As our Senior Talent Partner, you'll partner directly with our Chief People Officer and leaders across the business to help build the next chapter of Talent at Plooto. You'll help leaders make exceptional hiring decisions, uncover remarkable talent, design thoughtful interview experiences, and build an AI-native recruiting function that allows people to spend less time on administrative work and more time exercising judgment.

Some days you'll be discussing organizational design and hiring strategy with senior leaders. Some days you'll be developing sourcing strategies and messaging, reviewing interview feedback, or closing an exceptional candidate.

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and business functions, partnering with hiring managers from role definition through offer acceptance.
- Develop thoughtful sourcing strategies that consistently uncover exceptional talent, not simply active applicants.
- Coach hiring managers to become stronger interviewers and better hiring decision-makers.
- Design and continuously improve structured interview experiences that raise hiring quality while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Help define what an AI-native recruiting function looks like by identifying, implementing, and continuously improving practical AI tools, workflows, and automations.
- Use recruiting data, market insights, and experimentation to improve hiring outcomes and continuously evolve how we hire.
- Partner with the People team to strengthen recruiting operations, employer brand, and hiring programs as the company grows.

- Led full-cycle hiring in a high-growth technology company
- Track record of hiring exceptional talent across technical and business functions
- Belief that hiring deserves the same level of intentionality, creativity, and excellence as any other discipline inside a great company

**Work Arrangement:** Remote - Canada

**Duration:** 6–9 month fixed-term opportunity. We're also happy to hear from exceptional fractional Talent Partners whose availability aligns with our hiring plans. While this role is initially designed as a fixed-term engagement, we're always excited to invest in exceptional talent as our business continues to grow.
