We are seeking a **senior fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)** to lead the **investor-facing positioning and capital narrative** for healthcare and energy sector platforms. This role sits at the intersection of **capital markets, strategy, and commercialization** and is focused on supporting capital raises, joint ventures, and long-term platform development.

This is **not** a demand-generation, brand marketing, or campaign execution role. The primary objective is to translate **complex, regulated, capital-intensive assets** into **clear, credible, investor-ready messaging** for institutional investors, strategic partners, and other capital stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and own the **investor-facing narrative and positioning** across healthcare and energy assets
