**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

*   Oversee and manage IT, business intelligence, cyber, risk, and compliance departments.

*   Expertise in managing IT, risk, and compliance functions.

*   Proven track record of developing and implementing complex systems and processes.

*   Experience with regulatory compliance in financial or philanthropic sectors.

*   Familiarity with systems like Venminder and Microsoft Office Suite.
