**Overview**

The Creative Production Manager is responsible for managing the company's Meta ads' entire creative production pipeline. This role involves understanding the AI consulting and creator ecosystem, developing creative concepts, and coordinating with freelancers to produce various creative formats. The manager will ensure consistency with the company’s brand standards and work closely with the growth lead to incorporate learnings into future creative plans. A deep interest and understanding of the AI industry are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage end-to-end creative production for the company's Meta ads.
- Research the AI consulting/creator ecosystem to generate and prioritize creative concepts.
- Coordinate a team of freelancers to produce 4-5 new creatives weekly in various formats including static, motion, UGC-style, and AI-generated.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s hook/angle library by iterating on successful concepts and developing fresh ideas.
- Execute rigorous briefing, quality assurance, and feedback processes to ensure all assets align with the company’s brand and design standards.
- Collaborate closely with the growth lead to conduct tests, review results, and apply insights to upcoming creative plans.

**Qualifications**

- A strong understanding and genuine interest in the AI industry.
- Proven experience producing high-converting ad creatives
- Proven ability to craft compelling content that attracts aspiring AI consultants.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in coordinating and managing a team of freelancers.
- Ability to translate analytical learnings into actionable creative strategies.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Appreciation for design standards and brand consistency (design skills not mandatory but advantageous).
