While searching for evidence-based, approachable tools to support her child’s mental health and her own healing, she began creating daily rituals grounded in science and storytelling. What started as a personal solution grew into a movement, empowering families and classrooms with tools to nurture mentally strong, emotionally connected futures.Launched in 2024, The Mindset Tapestry is now helping parents, educators, and kids everywhere create meaningful routines that center mental wellness from the start.

Responsibilities

*   Oversee logistics, inventory management, and financial tracking for a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand.
*   Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, particularly in China, to ensure a smooth supply chain.
*   Collaborate with the founder to build and refine financial models and projections.
*   Use platforms such as Shopify and Amazon to drive e-commerce success.
*   Contribute to strategic decision-making and operational planning as a trusted right-hand partner to the founder.
*   Ensure operational readiness for the company's relaunch and expansion phase.

Qualifications
--------------

*   Proven experience in operations management within a D2C environment.
*   Strong expertise in financial modeling, inventory management, and supplier relations.
*   Experience with leading e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon.
*   Entrepreneurial spirit with a preference for building and scaling from the ground up.
*   Passionate about the company’s mission, with a personal connection to early childhood development as a plus.
*   Ability to work collaboratively with a solo founder and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.
*   Skilled in managing budgets and making cost-efficient operational decisions.
