Responsibilities

*   **Strategic Finance & Forecasting:**
*   Build and maintain financial models that support growth scenarios, hiring plans, and pricing sensitivity analysis.
*   Advise on capital allocation, loan structures, and financing options to facilitate rapid scaling.
*   Collaborate with the CEO on long-term equity planning, valuation drivers, and exit or growth strategies.
*   **Financial Governance & Oversight:**
*   Oversee the monthly financial close process and provide variance analysis to guide leadership decisions.
*   Identify and recommend improvements in financial operations to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline processes.
*   Manage risk through effective oversight of insurance strategies, renewals, and cash flow planning.
*   **Risk Management and Capital Strategy:**
*   Lead efforts in financial risk management and cash flow planning.
*   Advise on optimal loan structures and capital strategy.
*   Oversee treasury management and liquidity to ensure financial health.
*   **Cross-Functional Leadership:**
*   Conduct monthly financial reviews with the leadership team to assess KPIs and maintain budget adherence.
*   Serve as a advisor for complex HR and legal financial matters, specifically financial liability, commission structures, and compliance.

Qualifications
--------------

*   10+ years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in Professional Services, Recruitment/Staffing, or B2B agencies.
*   Background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Big Four firms is highly desirable.
*   Proven track record in guiding companies from $10M to $100M+ ARR.
*   Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, with strong expertise in HubSpot and Bill.com, and advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets.
*   **Personal Attributes:**
*   Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
*   Strong ability to identify key focus areas and drive impact efficiently within limited timeframes.

This key position within the organization is critical for leading and stabilizing the sales department in a rapidly growing and remote company. As our client base continues to grow at an unprecedented rate, maintaining our sales momentum is essential. The role is crucial in ensuring that the sales processes are efficient and effective, and that they contribute significantly to the company's continued success.

**Responsibilities**

*   Lead the sales department, ensuring all KPIs are achieved and processes are followed.
*   Provide strategic direction and oversight to the sales team, currently consisting of six sales reps and three coaches.
*   Implement and manage sales processes using HubSpot, ensuring all sales activities are tracked and reported.
*   Oversee the operational aspects of the sales team, including weekly metrics, KPIs, and meeting structures.
*   Develop, refine, and optimize sales strategies to improve sales productivity and client acquisition.
*   Collaborate with company leadership to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
*   Serve as a mentor and coach to the sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Qualifications**

*   Extensive experience in sales leadership, ideally within a B2B SaaS or recruitment service environment.
*   Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is essential.
*   Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving high retention rates.
*   Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
*   Experience in the startup ecosystem, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
*   Strategic thinker with the ability to translate company goals into actionable sales plans.
*   Excellent communication and mentoring skills to manage a remote team effectively.
*   Experience in managing at least 20 hours of strategic and tactical sales leadership weekly.
