*   Evaluate existing processes and make recommendations for efficiency improvements.

**Qualifications**

*   Proven senior management experience, optimally in an operational or COO role, within industries such as construction, remodeling, or real estate, though industry agnosticism is valued.

*   Comprehensive understanding of P&L management, business operations, and strategic planning.
*   Experience with remote or virtual teams is beneficial, though not required.
