## Overview

Our company is seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team in a pivotal role focused on talent development and acquisition. ## Responsibilities

- Develop and manage growth plans for existing team members to enhance their professional development and align with company goals.

- Collaborate with leadership on recruiting needs, focusing on both UK and US markets.
- Facilitate initial recruiting processes and host interviews for open roles.
- Focus on filling positions such as platform engineers, product engineers, content producers, and business analysts.
- Potentially manage and structure a tech recruiting team based on future organizational needs.

## Qualifications

- Proven experience in talent management and acquisition, ideally within a tech environment.
- Strong background in developing growth plans and fostering employee development.
- Excellent organizational design and recruitment skills.
- Ability to work efficiently across different time zones and with international teams.
- Experience with tech industry recruitment is highly valuable.
- Capacity to commit approximately 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility based on recruitment phase demands.
- Open to candidates willing to engage in a collaborative setup with both US and UK operations.
