**Context**

TSB Healthcare is building the digital access infrastructure for outpatient healthcare — starting with diagnostics and expanding into imaging, immunization, and broader patient flow systems.

Our flagship platform, Lab Online Booking (LOB), is already embedded across multiple BC health authorities, supporting millions of patient appointments and generating over $26M in system-level savings through operational efficiency and reduced administrative burden.

The product is proven.
The constraint is institutional adoption.

**Role Objective**

Drive adoption of TSB Healthcare solutions within health authorities, hospitals, and public healthcare systems.

This role is responsible for turning:

- relationships → pilots
- pilots → contracts
- contracts → multi-site deployments

This is not a traditional sales role.

This is system navigation and deal execution inside public healthcare.

**Scope (Fractional Role)**

- 1–2 days per week commitment
- Remote + in-person meetings (BC-based preferred)
- Direct collaboration with founder and leadership team

**Core Responsibilities**

**1. Health System Navigation**

- Identify and engage key decision-makers across:
  - Health authorities
  - Hospitals and outpatient programs
  - Digital health / IT departments
  - Procurement and innovation teams
- Understand internal structures, approval pathways, and political dynamics

**2. Opportunity Development**

- Source and advance opportunities across:
  - Diagnostics expansion
  - Imaging and outpatient services
  - Immunization and public health programs
- Position TSB Healthcare as infrastructure, not a vendor

**3. Pilot & Partnership Structuring**

- Design and structure pilot programs (e.g. Innovate BC, internal pilots)
- Align stakeholders to ensure pilots convert to long-term deployments
- Define success metrics tied to operational and financial outcomes

**4. Deal Execution**

- Drive opportunities from initial engagement through:
  - stakeholder alignment
  - internal approvals
  - procurement processes
- Navigate RFPs, direct awards, and partnership models

**5. Stakeholder Influence**

- Represent TSB Healthcare in high-level discussions
- Build trust with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Position LOB as a standard layer within the healthcare system

**6. Strategic Feedback**

- Provide insight on:
  - market dynamics
  - objections and barriers
  - procurement challenges
- Influence internal strategy based on real-world signals

**What Success Looks Like**

- New pilots launched with health authorities or hospitals
- Existing opportunities converted into signed agreements
- Multi-site or program-level expansions initiated
- TSB Healthcare positioned as a core infrastructure partner

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

**Experience**

- 7–15+ years in healthcare, preferably within:
  - health authorities
  - hospital operations
  - digital health / health tech
- Direct experience navigating BC healthcare system strongly preferred

**Capabilities**

- Deep understanding of how decisions are actually made in public healthcare
- Strong network across clinical, operational, and administrative leaders
- Experience navigating procurement and institutional sales cycles
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders (clinical + IT + procurement)
- Commercial instinct — can connect operational value to financial outcomes

**Profile**

- Operator mindset (not a pure advisor or connector)
- High ownership and accountability
- Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles
- Able to drive momentum inside slow-moving systems

**Compensation Structure**

- Monthly retainer
- Commission % of contract value
- Milestone bonuses tied to:
